Being a “techie” means loving Google.  It amazes me still, how many “non-techies” state things like the following to me:

“What is google other than a search engine?  It isn’t like they have any software or any products.  How can their stock be worth so much?”

Sad uniformed non-techies. 

Google is so sweet! I’ve given up my AIM to use Google Talk.  I’ve given up my other email accounts to use Gmail.  I’m starting to migrate away from MS Office Applications to use Google Docs & Spreadsheets.  Also, no more MS Outlook calendar! In its place, of course, you guessed it - Google Calendar. 

Every time I go to my personalized channelized google home page, I discover some cool new feature.  Today’s discovery is new themes for your google home sweet home.

I like the Tea House theme for today.  Hopefully they’ll be adding more themes soon.

To set your own theme, click on the Select Theme link directly next to the Add Stuff link on your Google Personalized Home page.
