The Black Donnellys has been cancelled! WTF?
While chatting with Al tonight, he mentioned “hey where did the Black Donnellys go?”. I wasn’t sure either. I just figured they were done with their first 4 or 5 pilot episodes and off taping more episodes. So when a google search revealed that the show had been cancelled, I was shocked! WHY?!?!?!?!?!
Someone at NBC is asleep at the wheel!
I’m starting to panic, given that the Sopranos is reaching the end-of-the road, with only 5 episodes left, I feel like there is a void that will need to be filled. The Black Donnellys was starting to fill that void for me. It is the only show that had the potential to be as juicy as the Sopranos.
My only comfort this evening, is that I didn’t realize that they were airing the remaining episodes online. So I have 4 new episodes waiting for me to see. After the Sopranos end and after The Black Donnelly online episodes end, where am I supposed to go for my weekly dose of organized crime drama?
