Awesome K-Derby Day!  However, it is the Tilt-In Diner.  Yes, it is in Tilton, but Alex Ray has an odd sense of play and named the place oddly.  I love the sign outside the diner: "Real People, Real Food!"

Now, speaking of signs, my all-time favorite:  Drive beyond the diner and just before the Belknap Mall, there is a small greasy spoon that changed owners a couple years ago.  After the owner opened the place, he saw fit to announce his new cuisine with a large sign proclaiming: "Now Serving Real Food!"  One can't help but ask what the heck the previous owner was selling!
