Last night a dream of mine became a reality. Even more ironically, it was by complete accident. I’ve always dreamed of inventing a cocktail.. Whenever I mix up, what I think is an original concoction, it ends up already existing, that is until now.

So the story is, a friend Al was recently serving a drink at his place made of pink lemonade, peach schnapps, and vodka. I went to make the drink for my Mom and I on Wednesday evening. After realizing I didn’t have all of the ingredients, I improvised.

Introducing the Pink RAM:

1/2 shot of Rasberry Vodka
1/2 shot of Amaretto
1/2 shot of Malibu Rum
top off with Pink Lemonade

It’s sooo tasty. I mean really tasty! My Mom loved it as well. We both exclaimed “Ooh” after sampling the first sip.

I searched the web high and low for a similar drink, and to my shock no cocktail existed. So I’ve named it as well, because I believe I’ve invented it.

Translation of the name the Pink Ram:

Pink - for the pink lemonade
R - for the Rasberry vodka
A - for the Amaretto
M - for the Malibu rum
