About Me

My real name is Deirdra, my nickname is Dee, mandymag is my computer username (Mandy being my childhood pet and Magnolia being the street I grew up on).

I’ve worked in higher education for 20 years. First at Boston College for 10 years, where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in business admin. Next at Bentley College for 6 years, then at UNH for 1 year. Currently, I’m at Plymouth State University working in Information Technology.

I currently reside in NH with my husband Jeffrey, our cat C.K. Dexter Haven (a.k.a Nychta), and our cockatiel Frannie.

    The new site looks very nice! I felt relaxed immediately when it opened!

    Is this the same host? Where are your ads? Are you still going to make money?

    Thanks for the feedback. I actually didn’t notice my ads were missing. I forgot to copy over the code from my last blog theme. Thanks for noticing that!

    Thank for your feedback/inquiry. As for the for the photo of the bridge, I’m not sure where it was taken. It is a stockphoto that came with this blog theme Mistylook 2.0.
